The Telangana government is planning to issue a family digital card to every family in the State. This was being proposed to extend ration, health and other welfare schemes through a single card.

Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy held a review meeting with the officials of Health and Civil Services Department here on Monday. Since Rajasthan, Haryana and Karnataka have already issued cards by compiling complete details of the families, the Chief Minister instructed officials to study the implementation, benefits and difficulties associated with them and to prepare a comprehensive report.
