An intermediate student died allegedly after an accidental fall from the hostel building of a private junior college in Madhapur on Tuesday late night.
Shiva Kumar Reddy (17), a native of Railway Kodur in Kadapa of Andhra Pradesh was studying intermediate second year in the college and stayed in the hostel on the same campus.
According to the police, the incident occurred when Shiva Kumar, tried to leave the hostel with his friends. When they found the main gate locked, they attempted to climb down using the window grills. Unfortunately, Shiva Kumar Reddy, who was the first to jump from the hostel building, lost his grip and fell from the fifth floor of the building.
