Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has called upon Telugus to rise to the level of giving jobs instead of seeking them. Addressing the Telugu industrialists as part of ‘Meet and Greet’ programme in Zurich on Monday, Naidu claimed credit for laying the foundation for the second generation people to become entrepreneurs.

He advised parents to send their daughters to pursue education and said he provided 33 per cent reservations for them in getting admission in educational institutions and in jobs.

He said that such a move helped to find Telugu women in all IT companies. With regard to the shortage of manpower in every nation, Naidu said Japan was asking India for manpower for the first time. If a right decision is not taken at the right time, who would enjoy it if wealth was created and technology was developed, he asked.
