HYDRAA took up demolitions of encroachments into plots close to Ameenpur Lake on Tuesday. Following complaints from plot owners, HYDRAA took up the demolitions.
According to these plot owners, a key politician had developed a layout close to Ameenpur Pedda Cheruvu encroaching already existing plots. He developed Padmavathi layout and sold out the plots. These plot owners have been fighting against the encroachment since 2006. However, they have found no support from officials.
