Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu called on the Telugu people in the national capital to vote for the BJP in the assembly elections to turn Delhi into a global city on par with New York and Washington.

The chief minister was among those who participated in the BJP-NDA campaign in New Delhi on Sunday. The others were central civil aviation minister minister Ram Mohan Naidu, rural development minister Pemmasani Chandrasekhar, AP deputy speaker Raghurama Raju, Telugu Desam and BJP MPs and others. Naidu campaigned in Shahdara in support of BJP candidate Sanjay Goyal.
