Thodasam Kailas, a government school teacher from the district has drawn the attention of Prime Minister Narendra Modi for singing songs in Kolami, Gondi, Hindi and English languages using artificial intelligence. He was praised by Modi for his pivotal role in protecting the two tribal languages during the Mann Ki Baat programme aired on All India Radio on Sunday.
“Winning laurels from none other than Prime Minister Narendra Modi is nothing short of receiving a national award. I never imagined that my efforts would be recognised one day. I am thrilled to be specially mentioned by Modi,” Kailas told ‘Telangana Today’ while sharing his emotions for drawing the attention of the Prime Minister on the popular radio show.
