Khammam Prohibition Excise Department officials conducted surprise searches in the limits of the Edulapuram Municipality and seized 5.80 kg ganja chocolates.
Excise Inspector B Chandramohan informed that during searches in the houses behind Vinayaka Granite factory near Gurralapadu ganja chocolates were seized in the house of one Banoth Hariya.
The accused bought ganja chocolates from Odisha and sold them locally.
