Bhopal district administration sealed the basement and office of a coaching academy that tutors students for IIT-JEE and NEET, in the city on Tuesday after Delhi’s Old Rajendra Nagar mishap that claimed lives of three students.
Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Ashutosh Sharma said, “We have sealed the Aurous Academy. During the inspection, it appeared to us that classes may have been conducted in the basement and to avoid any possibility of an accident in future, we have sealed the office of the institute. We have also closed the way to the basement and will ensure that it cannot be used. The way to the basement has also been sealed.”
