A youngster riding a motorbike got his throat cut accidentally when a string of banned Chinese nylon manja got entangled on his neck while he was travelling in Khanapur on Monday.
Vilas from Vidyanagar in the town sustained the injury on his neck and suffered profuse bleeding when the thread cut his throat. He was initially admitted to a government hospital in Khanapur before being shifted to another hospital in Nirmal. He had to get four stitches on his neck after the injury.
