Blaming the previous Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) government, the Congress-run Telangana government on Tuesday said that the Medigadda barrage under the state’s irrigation Kaleshwaram project was damaged last year due to mismanagement and lack of maintenance, among other things.
