The GHMC in coordination with revenue authorities demolished four illegal structures that had mushromed on the footpaths at the JNTU Rythu Bazar, and near the tahsildar office in Kukatpally.
All the structures were commercial establishments, two of them had concrete portions including steps of the shops. All these were demolished using an excavator. The other two establishments were running from temporary sheds. Dozens of pushcarts operating from footpaths were also removed.
