HYDRAA officers began demolitions of unauthorized structures that were constructed encroaching nalas in Manemmama Colony, Ramnagar, Adikmet division on Friday.
The demolitions followed a report from GHMC and Revenue officials that found the structures were illegally constructed on a nala.
HYDRAA Commissioner AV Ranganath visited the site two days ago after receiving a complaint about an illegally organized kallu compound on land belonging to Vikram Yadav. Locals expressed satisfaction with the prompt demolition activity, which took place just two days after the complaint was made.
