Temperatures are expected to soar to 44°C on Sunday and Monday. In Hyderabad, areas like Asifnagar recently recorded 39.6°C, while districts such as Kumuram Bheem and Karimnagar reached 42.4°C. Residents are advised to avoid outdoor activities during peak afternoon hours to prevent heat-related illnesses. Stay hydrated, wear light clothing, and take necessary precautions to stay safe during this extreme weather.
