Tension prevailed on the Osmania University campus as local police dragged several students from the historic Arts College, which was epicentre for Telangana agitation, and arrested them for calling bandh in protest against varsity circular banning protests on campus here on Monday.
A large number of police entered the Arts College building and arrested at least five ABVP student activists. The videos of the arrests were widely circulated.
